MODO DE PREPARO<br />
Coloque as duas xícaras de proteína de soja em uma panela, sem óleo, para torrar, quando elas começarem a ficar douradinhas, com alguns pontos mais queimadinhas, retire e coloque em uma vasilha com no mínimo 4 xícaras de água e suco de meio limão. Esqueça ela aí enquanto pica a cebola e separa o resto dos ingredientes. Quando estiver macia, escorra a água e esprema com as mãos ou com um espremedor de batatas. Corte cada bolinha da soja em dois, com as mãos ou com a faca. Em uma panela aquecida, coloque azeite e deixe esquentar para quando jogar a cebola fazer aquele. Junte a soja, cozinhe um pouco e coloque o molho de tomate, deixe por um tempinho para que a soja pegue o sabor do molho. Agora é só misturar o ketchup,a mostarda, champignon, sal, leite de coco e saborear!! Sempre experimentem para ver se esta do gosto de vocês, se não falta mais mostarda ou sal.</div>

Modo de preparar:<br />

<li>Misture o fermento no leite morno</li>
<li>Bata a farinha com a manteiga, o açúcar, o sal, o leite, o ovo inteiro e a gema numa tigela até conseguir uma massa para trabalhar com as mãos.</li>
<li>Amasse essa massa até que se torne lisa e não grude nas mãos.</li>
<li>Deixe descansar o preparo por uma hora e volte a amassar de novo por uns dois minutos.</li>
<li>Estenda a massa com um rolo e recorte círculos de 5 centímetros de diâmetro, use um copo para fazer os círculos.</li>
<li>Com uma tampinha ou um dedal recorte uma rodela do meio de cada disco e deixe os donuts crescerem coberto por um guardanapo por mais trinta minutos.</li>
<li>Depois disto frite em bastante óleo de um lado e do outro até ficarem corados. Polvilhe os donuts com açúcar e sirva.</li>

3 pães franceses amanhecidos;<br />
1/2 lata de leite condensado;<br />
3 ovos;<br />
2 xícaras (chá) de leite;<br />
Óleo para fritar;<br />
1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar;<br />

Preparo:<br />
Corte os pães em fatias de 2,5 de espessura. Reserve. Coloque o leite e o leite condensado em uma tigela e mexa com uma colher. Reserve.<br />
Coloque algumas fatias de pão dentro da tigela com leite e molhe bem.<br />
Coloque os ovos numa tigela e bata com um garfo até ficar homogêneo. Coloque o óleo numa panela média e esquente.<br />
Passe as fatias pelo ovo batido e frite até que doure. Coloque sobre o papel toalha pra tirar o excesso de óleo. Faça a mistura de açúcar com canela e passe nas rabanadas.<br />

Calda de vinho:<br />
Ingrediente:<br />
1 xícara (chá) de açúcar;<br />
1/3 de xícara (chá) de água;<br />
1 pau de canela;<br />
1/4 de xícara (chá) de vinho do porto.<br />
<br />
Preparo:<br />
Coloque o açúcar a água e o pau de canela numa panela e leve ao fogo alto. Cozinhe até que a calda atinja o ponto de fio fino.<br />
Acrescente o vinho do porto e mexa rapidamente. Cozinhe por mais um minuto.<br />
Retire calda do fogo e coloque sobre as rabanadas prontas e leve para a geladeira por mais ou menos 12 horas.<br />

Descasque o abacaxi, corte em cubos, coloque em uma panela com a água e
o açúcar, leve ao fogo médio e deixe ferver por 15 minutos.<br />
Escorra e reserve 500ml da calda.<br />
Coloque o abacaxi escorrido em um refratário médio junto com as demais frutas.<br />
Reserve.<br />
Na calda reservada, ainda quente, dissolva a gelatina, espere esfriar e
bata no liquidificador com o creme de leite e o leite condensado até
obter um creme homogêneo.<br />
Transfira para uma tigela e acrescente o chantilly, misturando delicadamente com uma colher.<br />

Calda:<br /> Faça uma calda de caramelo com 1 xícara de açúcar e 1/2 xícara de água, deixe no fogo até caramelar e reserve.<br />
Pudim:<br />
Bata no liquidificador 1 lata de leite condensado, 1 lata (a mesma
medida da lata) de leite de vaca, 3 ovos e o chocolate em pó.<br />
Coloque a calda em uma forma de bolo com furo (tipo forma de pudim),
acrescente a mistura de chocolate e por último coloque a massa do bolo
de cenoura.<br /> Coloque para assar em forno preaquecido a 200ºC em banho-maria, até que o bolo cozinhe.<br />
Informações adicionais:<br /> Obs: Cada forno é de um jeito, por isso a melhor maneira de ver o ponto de assado é colocando o garfo, ou palito de dente.<br />
Esse bolo é mais cremoso, por isso não ficará seco o garfo, mas conseguimos ver o ponto de assado.<br />
Para desenformar, o bolo precisa estar morno, quase frio, senão quebra.<br />
